Of course the film had a lot of hype and the film can be up to all this .... blah. He even believes that this film is a bit disappointing. This film proves that it is not just special effects Star Wars was fun to watch. It was as if George Lucas was so impressed by what they can do with CGI effects, forgot what the original trilogy so much, what is the writing and characters. Not a bad film, but the problems are many.-Many people have this film for its lackluster, as it is only the first in a trilogy, and it is only a means to track forgiven , nothing to say. WRONG WRONG WRONG, this film needs his own movie in the first place to be, like the other three movies were. It had to have good characters and some interesting story .... It didnt.-conflict in this story revolves around the trade dispute and the fate of the planet Naboo. Was anyone really relate to it? Details of the case are somewhat vague and can not reveals the actual generate enough interest for us to cheer on a specific page. The main dispute Darth Sideous and its growth is far, far kept in the background. We do not even know why Jedi Darth Maul hate so much .... makes. Maybe Lucas Darth Maul would be something like Boba Fett (and still mysterious). It worked to Boba Fett, because he was not a villain only a minor character. This film really does not have a clear villain. I wish someone would have the courage and Lucas just said that his basic story was lousy.-one looks especially happy in this film. Qui-Gon is really the only character that connection can be made, and it is also greater. The Queen looks like manekýnv many of her scenes (and looks like one). Obi-wan Kenobi travels through the entire film without success and never say anything interesting. The characters never appear to be nothing more than the plot (unlike the first film) speak. C-3PO and R2-D2 were completely useless. Jedi Council acts as a very cool and buracratic. And I will never understand why it says that Annakin primary school child in this film. It would be a teenager. His scenes with the Queen was cumbersome. Nor were Jar Jar.Various discuss other things ...-to midochlorians seems to have been only stapled. Humor idle sounds, if you are very young child. Annakin merchant ship and destroy all safves, mainly because of an error! It seems that George Lucas and ILM are happy with their new toys CGI, he spent 95% of their time to perfection. Frankly, I thought the FX Return of the Jedi were sharper, less dimensional and cartoonish. Nothing as memorable seems to happen here. This movie is never as good as the hype, but it could very easily be much better than this. I waited so long for this film, but when I first saw the film I actually bored in the middle of it.There good moments. Under the race was fun, as well as lightsaber battle at the end. There are some very nice special effects throughout. Hopefully Lucas just had writer's block when he wrote this. Maybe forget what name did more movies just in time Episode II botched Although it seems to have.
