The Green Mile is a masterpiece. This is film as art, in all its glory. The depth of the cast is extraordinary, with actors providing excellent performances. There is a clear sense here that everyone involved in the production knew it was something special, and gave everything. Watch this movie if you really enjoy the actors give their all for their art. Watch the many nuances of expression, and the great power that people do not silence. This is evident in the opening sequence and maintained throughout. Above all, Michael Duncan as John Coffey is exceptional. He brings the excitement exciting single fascinating Green Mile character.The should bring joy, laughter, and if you want more in the theater tonight, tears.BRAVO!
